„Profil zurücksetzen" antippen
Im Dialog „Endgültig löschen" bestätigen

Die Löschung wirkt sofort und lässt sich nicht rückgängig machen.

Wenn du Holdout nicht mehr installiert hast, schreib uns. Nenne bitte deinen Anzeigenamen oder deinen Freundescode, damit das Konto zugeordnet werden kann.

Alle Duelle samt Zeiten und Ergebnissen

Vollständig und ohne Aufbewahrungsfrist. Es gibt keine Sicherungskopie, aus der etwas zurückkehren könnte.

Was nicht gelöscht wird

Technische Serverprotokolle — welche Anfrage wann kam und ob sie geklappt hat. Sie werden nach Dateigröße rotiert statt für eine feste Frist aufbewahrt, was in der Praxis wenige Tage bedeutet, und danach unwiederbringlich überschrieben. Sie werden weder archiviert noch ausgewertet.
Der Kaufbeleg für „Werbung entfernen", falls du ihn erworben hast. Diesen führt Google Play, nicht wir — wir sehen nur, ob das Produkt zu deinem Google-Konto gehört. Für die Löschung dieses Belegs wende dich an Google.

In the app

Open Holdout
Tap the Profile tab, bottom right
Scroll to the bottom
Tap “Reset profile”
Confirm with “Delete for good”

This takes effect immediately and cannot be undone.

By email

If you no longer have the app installed, write to office@metic.studio and include your display name or friend code so the account can be identified. Requests are handled without undue delay and within one month at the latest.

What is deleted

The account itself
Display name and profile picture
The friend code
All friendships
All duels, including times and results

Completely, with no retention period and no backup to restore from.

What is kept

Technical server logs — which request arrived, when, and whether it succeeded. They rotate by file size rather than being kept for a fixed period, which in practice means a few days, and are then overwritten. They are never archived or analysed.
The receipt for “Remove ads”, if you bought it. That is held by Google Play, not by us — we only see whether your Google account owns the product. Contact Google to have it removed.
